Welcome back! Can you eat figs when they're green? They look so aesthetically pleasing! A mix of cured meats, cheeses, and olives are so good for a warm summer evening. After a long day of exploring a city, I could very easily pass on a big meal and just dive into a charcuterie board...

Welcome back! And those shrimp fritters look amazing! Let me know if you want me to email you a recipe I've just finished for pan roasted chicken with figs and masala - it makes the most wonderful jammy sauce but it won't be online for another couple of weeks to line up when I tend to get the best figs here! xx
