Ah those fudgsicles look great! Indeed they are super chocolatey -- I actually used a kids sized popsicle mold which was the perfect amount :)

Smaller molds are the way to go! Although we’ve already eaten almost half the batch, so clearly the size isn’t stopping us too much haha

The ultimate high-low pairing: a 1961 Château Cheval Blanc in a Styrofoam cup with a fast-food burger.

I love it! Is there a particular burger that’s your go-to?

Oh, it wasn't an actual pairing. It was a joke that apparently didn't work lol. It was a reference to the movie "Sideways."

Hahahaha! I’ve never seen “Sideways,” hence not getting the joke 🤣

I’ll have to watch it sometime!

Honestly, I’m a disaster for movies. I can’t tell you how many times David will make a reference to a classic film and then have to explain it to me because I haven’t seen it 🤦🏻‍♀️ But I’m the music person in the relationship so I like to think that we balance each other out 😆

Ohh I could see those flavor profiles going well together! Now I have a plan for what to pair with our next champagne tasting 😆

I'm biased but it's hard to go wrong with a McDonalds french fry.

I completely agree! They have McDonald’s here in Madrid but the fries just aren’t the same. I always get them when I go visit my family in the US, though!
