Kiki this post has made so hungry, presto, I need a rosquilla!

I don't go often to street festivals to be honest, but if I were to plan a trip to Madrid I'd like to go for the San Isidro celebration. I'm intrigued.

Looking forward to learn something new in your next missive!

Thanks so much, Sinù! I hope that you’re able to find a suitable rosquilla substitute!

If you’re ever here in the spring, the festival is a lot of fun! I’ve only ever been during the day, but there are also live bands at night and some interesting cultural activities like traditional dance performances. The main part of the festival is near the fountain I mention in the post, but there are actually events all over the city. There’s really something for everyone!

Wow, thank you so much! Your comment definitely made my week! I’m so happy that Madrid is now on your list; the city really does have so much to offer. You’ll have to let me know if you ever book a trip! One of my favorite things is showing people around, so I’d be happy to be your tour guide :)
